This book tells how well-known Southlanders Gray and Valmai Robertson with their family achieved their ambitions, Gray turning a high country station into an intensive high country farm and Valmai teaching and producing ballet productions to the levels to which professional companies aspire. Their story is one of achievement, overcoming the odds, family, community,  friendships, taking opportunities and finding happiness regardless of circumstances.
